WestJet Vacations has increased the origin/destination pairings to include many cities that were not accessible through SIREV or Revnet previously.



WestJet Vacations has made the decision to limit some Origin/Destination pairings from displaying in SIREV.



As WestJet’s flight network is very extensive, if WestJet Vacations was to add all of WestJet’s origins and destinations to into SIREV, it would be very difficult to maintain accuracy.

You can complete your booking on SIREV or Revnet and then call the WestJet Vacations call centre to add a car. Car rental companies offered by WestJet Vacations include: Alamo, Avis and Budget Car rental options (provided by Car Trawler) are presented on Step 5 on westjetvacations.com site. It is displayed for certain destinations only

Most popular attractions/activities (Disneyland/Walt Disney World/Universal/Anheuser Busch) 

BOOKING FUNCTIONS Multiple rooms with mixed occupancy on 1 booking (i.e. One double room and one triple room) 

Although SIREV or Revnet do not allow a mix of different room types and occupancies on the same booking, multiple bookings can be made in SIREV or Revnet.

Pre-reserved seating 

Contact the WestJet Vacations call centre after making the booking to pre-reserve seats

Redemption of WestJet Dollars 



WestJet Dollars are accepted on WestJet Vacations bookings. The redemption of WestJet Dollars is available through the WestJet Vacations Call Centre only. If WestJet Dollars is used as a FOP towards a portion of the WestJet Vacations booking, the WestJet Dollars portion is not commissionable

WestJet ID 



A guest’s WestJet ID is limited to one WestJet ID per booking (typically the lead traveller) even if multiple entries are allowed *this is available if TA logins to http://staging.westjet.com/vacations/en/home.sh tml (SIREV’s white label site)

Cancel booking 

Cancellations can be done on Revnet, SIREV or through the WestJet Vacations call centre.

Change booking 

Changes to existing bookings must be made through the WestJet Vacations call centre.

BOOKING FUNCTIONS TA discount or promo bookings 

Validation is required to ensure the bookings are made for travel agents.



Bookings must be made through the WestJet Vacations call centre

Download electronic itinerary (eDocs) 



eDocs can be downloaded through Sirev.com or agent.westjetvacations.com. Sign in and click on “electronic document” on the left side menu to download the eDocs. eDocs are available in French and/or English and are emailed as per the agency’s preference

 Group quote and booking 

Please submit a quote online or call into the WestJet Vacations call centre



To submit a quote, go to: westjet.com > Travel Info> Groups > WestJet Vacations package bookings > Request a Group Quote and you will receive a quote via email within five business days.

Date of Birth on bookings 



DOB is a mandatory requirement due to TSA regulations. Any flights that fly over US airspace must have DOB on all documents (for adults, children and infants) Since majority of WestJet Vacation packages fly into or over US air space, CORRECT DOB is mandatory on all bookings

This displays the full content page for the hotel including images, location, room categories, etc. A link to this page can be sent by email from the bottom of the SIREV page.



SIREV also displays Google maps for each hotel’s location.



WestJet Vacations website integrates WestJet Vacations with westjet.com, allowing for a better online experience and offers a wide variety of tools that can be used to research destinations, in both English and French. WestJet Vacation has also added new features such as destination guides, hotel guides, a hotel comparison tool, videos, updated destination and hotel images and user reviews. This can be accessed via WestJet.com by clicking on the Vacations tab

WestJet Vacations – Secure Flight changes on SIREV and Revnet In order to meet TSA Secure Flight requirements, WestJet Vacations collects guest full names, dates of birth, gender, and redress numbers if applicable. The following instructions below detail fields and formats for collection of this data on RevNet and secure flight display on SIREV.

Complete the guest information screen using the following formats on Revnet: 1. Guest Name: Full name as it appears on the individual’s travel identification documents (ie passport) o

Format if guest does not have a middle name: LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME

Format if guest has a middle name or middle initial: LASTNAME/MIDDLENAME/FIRSTNAME

2. Date of birth: Accurate date of birth is required for all guests at time of booking o Format: DDMMMYY 3. Gender: Gender is required for all guests at time of booking o Format: M for male or F for female
