TWC WiFi™ Hotspot Management Portal
Overview Welcome to the TWC WiFi Hotspot Management Portal which enables customization of the TWC WiFi Hotspot experience in your place of business. You will have the option to configure the following: >> WiFi Portal Customization Add a logo, a welcome message or direct customers to your business website once connected. >> Free WiFi Access Specify how long customers can connect to free WiFi and require a password if desired. You will also be able to view activity on the TWC WiFi Hotspot in your place of business through the management tool. Before getting started, familiarize yourself with the default sign in portal and where your logo and message will appear once you customize. All customizations are optional and can be changed at anytime. Once you are ready to get started, you may want to be prepared with the following: >> >> >> >> >>
Management Tool Username and Password Business Logo image file (up to 240 x 90 .jpg or .png image file) Customer message of 120 characters or less Business website address Ideas for a password if you decide to use one

Signing In As part of the install process, you will receive an email that provides a link to the Management Portal (www.admin.twcwifi.com), as well as a username and temporary password for access to the Management Portal. Click on the link or enter the url to get to the TWC WiFi Hotspot Management Portal.
Once at www.admin.twcwifi.com, use the username and password provided in this email. You will be required to change your password during initial sign in.
Once signed in, you will be at the TWC WiFi Management Portal Home Page and can begin customization.

Navigation Overview The TWC WiFi Hotspot Management Portal has two primary functions: WiFi Portal Customization is all accomplished on the tab labeled “Manage TWC WiFi”.
The Hotspot Activity tab provides data on use of the TWC WiFi Hotspot in your business location.

Navigation Overview (cont.) Navigate to various areas of the portal using the tabs at the top or look for other navigation options on the bottom right.
When customizing, use the buttons at the bottom left to preview and submit your changes. Note that a separate tab will open on your browser. You will need to click on that tab to view your updates.
When you are finished, the log-out button is on the upper right.

TWC WiFi™ Hotspot Management Portal
Manage TWC WiFi Tab In the tab labeled “Manage TWC WiFi”, you will have the option to customize the free access portion of the login portal that your customers see when accessing WiFi at your place of business. Specific actions include adding your business information and configuring free WiFi access. If you do not want to customize, the free access will default to the TWC WiFi Free Access option seen below.

TWC WiFi Customization STEP 1: Managing your TWC WiFi Customization Page is the first step in customizing the TWC WiFi sign in portal.
STEP 2: In this step you can add your business logo, customize your welcome message and manage free access time.
STEP 3: Your business logo will display on the sign in portal page. You can upload and store more than one image but only one image will display at a time. Images must follow the format guidelines detailed on the portal.

Once you select an image to upload, you’ll be prompted to write a description for future reference.
TWC WiFi Customization STEP 4: Next, you can choose whether or not you want to enable daily Free WiFi Access, how much free access time you wish to grant, and whether or not you want to require a password.
STEP 5: Finally, you can add your business website address so customers will be directed to your site once they sign in.
STEP 6: When you are ready to look at your work, click on VIEW UPDATES at the bottom of the page.
