Answer: From the krowD login screen, click on ‘Forgot Username?’ link. Choose Restaurant Team Members tab. Enter your first and last initials, birthdate, restaurant number, and your POS ID. Your username will be displayed. Question: What if I forget my krowD password? Answer: From the krowD login screen, click on ‘Need Help with Password?’ link. Enter your krowD username. Answer your security questions when they are displayed. Enter a new password, and confirm your new password. Note: Password must be 7-16 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter and at least one number. Question: How do I change my User name in krowD? Answer: Go to your Profile by clicking either ‘My Profile’ or your name or picture in the header of krowD. Then click on ‘Profile Preferences’. Here you can change your user name. Question: What devices/browsers is krowD compatible with?
