Description

Dear Associate, Limited Brands offers two cost effective, environmentally friendly ways of delivering associates’ pay. You can choose the option that makes sense for you: either direct deposit or a Visa® Payroll Card. Both choices ensure you receive your pay on time, no matter the circumstances. About direct deposit Many of our associates take advantage of direct deposit. It allows us to deposit your pay directly into the bank account(s) of your choice, in any way you choose. For example, you could have a percentage of your pay automatically sent to a savings account, while the rest is deposited in your checking account for easy access. Direct deposit takes minimal time to set up and can be done online. See the Direct Deposit and Payroll Card Choices worksheet on page 2 of this packet for detailed instructions. About payroll cards A Payroll Card is similar to a debit card and will have your name printed on it, along with the Limited Brands, Victoria’s Secret or Bath & Body Works logo, depending on which area of the enterprise you support. Your Payroll Card account is loaded with your exact pay biweekly, and your Payroll Card can be used like a debit card to access it. The Payroll Card has a Visa logo on it, so you can use it anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, including ATMs and retail outlets. You can also receive a cash advance at any Visamember bank, or write a Pre-Check® payable to yourself and cash it at participating Wal-Mart and 7Eleven stores. For more information about the Payroll Card, see the insert on pages 7-8 of this packet. What to do next 1. Review all the information included in this packet and ask any questions you may have before you make your choice. If you have questions, contact HR Direct toll-free at 866-473-4728. 2. Make sure your personal information is correct, including your address and phone number, in Limited Brands Access self service (https://associateresources.limitedbrands.com) or by calling HR Direct toll-free at 866-473-4728 and selecting the Limited Brands Access self-service option. 3. Follow the steps on the worksheet on page 2 of this packet to enroll in direct deposit. If you do not enroll in direct deposit, you will automatically receive a Payroll Card. Regardless of your choice, you can be confident your pay will be safe, reliable, convenient and easy to access. You can also help us go green by choosing to access your pay stub online only. If you would like translation assistance, please contact HR Direct at 866-473-4728. Sincerely, The HR Direct Team

P.S. – Are you a rehire? If you are and you’ve previously had a Payroll Card, you’ll be paid on the same account you were previously. If you have your old card, it’s still valid. If you need a new card, contact our Payroll Card vendor, Citi, at 877-897-8724. If you are a seasonal associate who returns to Limited Brands regularly, be sure to keep your card for future employment periods. You can also sign up for direct deposit at any time by following the instructions on page 2.
