T
he past 6 months have been an amazing time at Lawline.com. We now provide courses in 40 states, and are extremely proud to be the largest New Jersey accredited online provider of CLE courses. We have also grown a large team of CLE consultants, who contact attorneys all over the country with upcoming deadlines and help them complete their requirements. Since the fall of 2009, we have produced 200 new courses. In direct response to our customers’ requests, we are offering more state specific courses as well as programs on recent appellate decisions and changes to federal legislation. In addition, we have made significant changes to our CLE Course Center which has greatly enhanced our customers’ experience in watching the courses. Our success at the company is directly tied to facing our challenges with a positive attitude and working with great faculty members on a daily basis. We look forward to continue working together to provide quality continuing legal education courses to attorneys nationwide. Sincerely,
David Schnurman President, Lawline.com

A Breath of Fresh Air “Thank you so very much. After having spent a very frustrating day dealing with multiple tone deaf (to be kind) customer reps at two different large online retailers (Fortune 500, I’m sure), dealing with you and your fellow reps has been a breath of fresh air (a phrase I have never used, but very appropriate here). I will definitely recommend your services to attorney friends and hope you will pass this email along to any supervisors/higher-ups. It is amazing how other companies’ reps often do not even fully read/comprehend emails sent to them (due, I suspect, to complacency) and respond with inappropriate form emails that leave their customers more frustrated than before contact. Thank you for truly treating me as a valued customer. ”
