Partner Login Autodesk Learning Central (ALC) is now integrated with a technology called Single Sign-on (SSO). SSO provides users the ability to interact easily with multiple Autodesk online properties, as well as allow users to change and edit selected profile information. For more information visit: Sign-in Help. How will SSO affect Autodesk Partners? Partner with existing Autodesk SSO account (User ID) will now use it to login to ALC. How do partners know if they already have an SSO account? Partners have an existing Autodesk SSO account (User ID) if they:  Have registered for other Autodesk websites, such as Discussion Forums  Have access to Autodesk Subscription Center  Have access to Autodesk Partner Center Whom can I contact when I have problems with my SSO account? For additional help on Single Sign-on, contact Single Sign-on Support. How do partners sign in to ALC? Go to ALC (www.autodesk.com/partnerlearning) and from the Sign In screen, simply enter User ID and Password.

If I don’t have an ALC account, how can I get one created? 1. Go to ALC and from the Sign In screen, simply click on ‘Create New Account’.

2. In the ‘Relationship with Autodesk’ drop-down menu, select ‘Partner‘

Complete the ‘Create New Account’ request form.

Autodesk Learning Central | FAQ 4. You will receive an automatic confirmation email that your account request was received. 5. Autodesk will create a new Single Sign-on Account, if you don’t’ already have one. Once created, you will receive an email confirmation with User ID and temporary password. 6. Autodesk will complete your ALC account setup. You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been set up and ready for you to access. What if partner forgets their password? 1. If partner has forgotten their Password associated with their User ID, they need to click on ‘Forgot Password’ in the left-hand navigation pane.

2. Partner will then see the screen below asking to enter their email address.

3. After partner hits ‘Submit’, they will receive a system email with a link. From the email, partner will click on a link where they will be directed to a page where they are asked to enter a new password. What if partner forgets their User ID? 1. If partner forgets their User ID, they need to click on ‘Forgot User ID’ located in the left-hand navigation pane.

2. You will then see the screen below asking you to enter your email address.

3. After you hit ‘Submit’, you will receive a system email with your User ID.

Profile Management How can I modify my profile data from within ALC? 1. You can modify your profile data anytime you are signed in to ALC; click the ‘Account’ link in the upper right-hand navigation area on the upper right hand of your main page.

Autodesk Learning Central | FAQ 2. After clicking on ‘Account’ the ‘Change Profile’ page will pop-up.

3. From this page you are able to change your preferred language, time zone, and your primary role. If you would like to change your first and last name or your email address, click on ‘Change’. You will then be directed to the page below. 4. Complete your edits and hit ‘Submit’.

Technical Requirements Which web browsers does ALC support? ALC supports all common Internet browsers.  Apple Safari 4.0.4 or later  Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or later  Mozilla Firefox 3 or later Which Operating Systems does ALC support? ALC supports all common Operating Systems.  Mac OS/X 10.5 or later  Windows XP Professional SP2 or later  Windows Vista SP1 or later  Windows 7  Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 or later Are there additional requirements partners should know about? Yes, to minimize issues accessing ALC, ensure all Pop –up blockers are disabled; Firewall and Cookies also need to be set to accept the site. Are you using Internet Explorer 8? You may experience difficulties launching content. To correct these issues, you will need to add ‘autodesk.sabanow.net’ to your list of Trusted Sites. Follow these steps: 7|Page

In your browser, go to ‘Tools’ > ’Internet Options’ > ‘Security’ > ‘Trusted Sites’ > ‘Sites’ In the ‘Add this website to the zone:’ box, the type “autodesk.sabanow.net” Click ‘Add’

Support You can now submit issues and requests for Autodesk Learning Central (ALC) Support directly through Partner Center. This transition will allow you to log and track issues as well as provide attachments and supplemental case notes. What support can you expect from the ALC Support team? You can expect support on the following:  Access Issues  Answers to issues related to Certifications, Specializations, Learning Paths, Account information, and more  Investigation of defects and, if needed, escalating technical issues to development team How do I submit a support case in Partner Center? Steps to submit an ALC Support Case in Partner Center: 1) Login to Partner Center 2) Click 'Product Support' or 'Business Services' 3) Click 'Create New Case' 4) Select 'CRM Support' 5) Select Business Area 'Autodesk Learning Central' 6) Complete form (If you are a partner without a Partner Center account, then please use this Contact Form.) What type of information should I provide? When opening a support case, please include as much information as possible (e.g. course name, course code, etc). If your inquiry is content related, please attach screenshots as this will assist in resolving your case in a timely matter. What should I expect after I submit my request? You can expect the following: 1) You will receive a Confirmation email, including your case number 2) You will see the Case Detail Page with information you entered 3) You can include additional information in the 'Add Comments' field 4) You can see all comments added to your case 5) You can attach files, screenshots, etc. Go to 'Attachments' to add 6) You can receive requests for additional clarification 7) You will receive a Case Closer email when issue is resolve Why is ALC Support moving from a support mailbox to the Autodesk CRM Support platform? In an effort to deliver a consistent Autodesk partner experience, ALC support has been added to the existing Autodesk CRM Support platform. This enables partners to go to a single place to submit system support issues, as well as track case status in a single view.
